When the company came out to measure they were very professional ,as well as the day they installed the unit. We are very pleased with it as it was purchased for my mother in law. it makes it so easy for her to get to the second floor ..thanks to you and the company and the guys that installed the unit.

Had a Bruno chair lift installed and it has been great. Installer did a great job and explained everything. Really needed it to get from one floor to the other due to surgery. Will be nice to have in the future also. Had one minor issue which was addressed immediately to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend.

Customer service is fine. The problem is is quality of chair. 1/ chair dose not charge when at the top position with chair turn to get off it has to be put back in riding position to charge. 2/ Radio circuit board not working for remotes to work properly. Don Reid

Our straight stairlifts charge anywhere they stop on the rail and curved stairlifts charge at the top and bottom of the rail. The charge should be taking place even if the chair is rotated at the top. We will be reaching out to you immediately to work with your dealer to resolve your service issue.

The quality of the Bruno Elite stair lift I recently purchased is excellent. The "shining star" though, has been the service I have received through Keith Bullock and Josh Parnell. Their skill set in both installation and customer service confirmed to my wife and I that we had made the correct decision in going with Stalls Medical, Inc. for our purchase. My wife had only been to the downstairs floor once in 14 months prior to getting the stair lift. Our den and offices are down there, and it’s where we spent most of our time until she was unable to do stairs. Her living space has now doubled!
