I moved in with my daughter’s family in June after an unfortunate experience at a nursing facility. With home therapy, I regained my strength and can now sit unsupported and transfer with assistance. The Bruno stairlift was installed to allow me to get out of the house. My daughter can now take me to appointments, take me for rides and most importantly take me to church. The stairlift is easy to use and has allowed me to get out in the world. What a blessing!

From beginning information through installation and daily use, everything was absolutely professional

The star lift was installed. It took longer than expected and the finished product was not as described. It is not a smooth ride. The whole lift barely fits the stairs. There are grease drops on the carpet from the lift. There was no followup after the installation. The stair lift does make it easier for me to go up and down the stairs. Am I satisfied? Yes, it is finally done, took a longer than expected time from the initial measurements to the installation. Again no followup by the company after the installation.

The dealer was good to work with, they installed quickly and with no problems. The stair lift has been working great and my mom loves it. I feel so much safer with my mom using it instead of the stairs and the grandchildren are enjoying it also!

I had two stairlifts installed last August. The one for 6 steps is fine and I feel comfortable and safe on it. However, on the one for 8 steps I do NOT feel safe and comfortable. It could have been 2"-3" longer, as far as I can see. Then it would have been easier for me to get off and on, and not feel like I am "dangling" up there. A technician was down last Monday.
