This stairlift was for my wife, who has COPD and spinal issues. Before we got the stairlift, she was in constant pain, and out of breath from climbing the stairs. Since the stairlift was installed, she has had very little pain, and makes more frequent trips up and down the stairs in the chairlift, which has been operating with no issues. Thank you Bruno.

We had great service and response when we were researching chair stairlifts. The rep was friendly and informative and arranged a very quick install. The support and maintenance has a bit to be desired. The same day of the install we realized that the chair had an issue travelling over a stair and requested an adjustment. The installer indicated he was going away for the weekend but would check back the following week. After numerous phone calls where he was going to show up, he never showed. After leaving a number of messages with Coop, we finally had enough and asked to speak to a supervisor. We didn't receive a call back. Once again we called and the lady answering the phone was frustrated we hadn't received a call back and promised us we would have someone out that day. We did and he fixed the rail to allow the chair to travel over the step in question. We had another reason for support after fixing a squeaky step. The power rail was compromised so we again asked for a service call. We were prepared to pay the fee. Same issue with receiving messages that someone would be there and then never showed. After 3 calls, we again spoke to the same lady and she made it happen. We had the issue fixed and so far we're good to go. It's a great stairlift but the service end could definitely be improved.

Our Bruno stairlift, sold and installed by Mobility 101, has been an invaluable aid to us. My husband is an invalid confined to a wheelchair and, thanks to the Bruno stairlift, he is now able to increase his quality of life by more fully engaging in social activities. Mobility 101 was wonderful to work with and I highly recommend both them and the Bruno stairlift.

Had stairlife installed. Wonderful product. Installation was quick and efficient. All staff was so friendly and answered any and all questions. This has been the best stress reliever ever as there are no worries about falls now. Thank you Bruno people!

We are very pleased with our lift chair. It has made our situation much easier to deal with as far as going down and climbing back up the stairs to our basement. The salesman was personable and informing. The installer was top notch and very informative as to the use of the lift. We feel we will be able to stay in our home for a very long time...the Good Lord willing.

My Bruno Curved Stairlift is amazing! This is the best chair, and the lift is very quiet. It is sturdy and well built. All of the Area Access Company personnel were friendly and professional. The installers were efficient, timely and they cleaned up everything before they left.
