We could not be happier with this stairlift! It has made such a difference...now we go up and down the stairs at will...whereas before, trips were based on necessity. I can’t begin to tell you how much we enjoy the freedom our Bruno has provided. My only regret is we did not do this sooner.

Great Stairlift ! I had a massive heart attack in June and was unable to walk without help of a walker. When I came home from the hospital I needed a way to move between floors. We called O'Neill Stairlifts in Silver Spring, MD and had a Bruno Elan Stairlift installed. Our compliments to Tom O'Neill who was able to install it the next day. So far, so good! No complaints, EXCEPT I wish that we can pivot the chair to get out and leave it pivoted until my mom has to use it again, but it beeps constantly if you leave it pivoted.

The seat is made so that it will not swivel at the bottom of the staircase. This makes it very difficult to exit the seat since there is no room to move your feet around the opposite wall. Poor design indeed. Other then that it works well.

Did loads of review before purchasing for parents. Product is outstanding, exactly what they needed. The consultation was informative, the installation flawless and the operation and mechanics of the Bruno Elan is just perfect. I have recommended since buying to two other friends and their parents!
