We were not sure about getting a stair lift but realized it was the only safe way for navigating stairs to second floor full bath and master bedroom for the long term recovery from hospitalization. But we were impressed with the Bruno upon visiting the showroom. Staff was so helpful in explaining the models and how they operated. It was an easy decision!!! Our neighbors had a similar problem and we recommended Lifeway. The also had a stair lift installed as well as an outdoor ramp.

Chair Lift is just what we needed. Picked Bruno because of its reputation, warranty and price and have not been disappointed.

Excellent quality system. I’m glad I chose this and I recommend this product.

The chair is noisy to operate! The lever to rotate the chair makes a loud 'snapping' sound that is amplified in the hallway when it locks in place! Also, you cannot disable the 'no power' beeping when you lose power unless you turn off the chair. It also beeps at the completion of a cycle which is unnecessary. The chair should only beep when it has not completed its cycle. If it wasn't so noisy, I would have gave it five stars.

The Bruno is the best stair lift out their in my opinion.The chair lift has changed my lift. I am able to use my whole house now..

The Bruno Curved Stairlift is an amazing product. I researched different stairlifts for over two years. I am an electrical engineer and I appreciate a great design. One of the very interesting design factors that I appreciate, is that the gear teeth are located below the track rollers, so the seat and the rider are carried by the rollers and not the gear teeth, as other products are designed to do. Also, you don't see ugly gear teeth. The ride is fast, 50 seconds on mine going up and very smooth. We bought it mainly because we don't have a bedroom downstairs and now we can stay in our home much longer. Finally, it is very useful to bring laundry and other items up and down our curved stairway. In the past we were concerned one of us would fall carrying the laundry. That problem has been solved. It is worth the money. Our local installer in Charlotte, 101 Mobility did a wonderful job installing our unit. Very professional. If you want a quality stairlift Bruno is the way to go. Faith & John
