I LOVE my BRUNO Stair Lift. I would give it a five star rating but wish you would have a seat belt extender. My arms are short and I cannot reach what exists. Would really appreciate it if there was such a device. The quality of the BRUNO Elite Stair Lift is great. It has indeed enhanced my quality of life. THANK YOU!!! Sandy

Love the stairlift from basement to first floor. I use it also to bring things up from the basement. Great service and product. Will probably put one from first floor to upstairs in the future.

Quiet operation except when seat is out of position. Then there is a beep at regular intervals. Descent is slightly slower than ascent. Remotes are basically line of sight so don't get to gabbing and turn away while using. Easy for able bodied to get by when footrest, seat and arms are folded up. Glad there is no worry about using when power goes out. It is great for my use but my husband has longer legs that cannot bend tight enough to keep feet on footrest. The safety stop saved him from injury.
