The lift continue to scratch the chrome on the vehicle hatch. Its needs to be some type of bracket or stopper in place between the vehicle and the lift, to brace when stopping the vehicle or hitting your brakes.

Our experience in dealing with your Bruno agent, Area Access, was fantastic from start to finish. It was a real pleasure working with everyone involved. The men who installed the lifts were professional and the project was done in a reasonable length of time and they made sure I understood how to operate it. Since I developed a balance problem we decided to look into stair lifts instead of moving to a home with no stairs. I've been using them now for four weeks and it is exactly what I needed and the two lifts we had installed are working perfectly. I couldn't be happier with my Bruno stairs.

Moves a little too slow for me. Do not like alarm constant when I leave lift turned to landing at top of stairs. Do not like to have to return chair to parked position while leaning over chair at top of stair or having to rotate chair when at top of stair. Wish I could turn off alarm and not wait for a service call to remedy issue

Hello Mr. Defrancis, All Bruno stair lifts leave our Wisconsin headquarters set in "multi-user" mode. The beep you hear when the chair is not turned back to the "ride" position at the top of the steps is to help prevent one user from taking the unit to a different floor and not allowing another user to bring the stairlift back down for use. This setting can be adjusted by your local Bruno dealer so that you no longer have to dealer with the beeping reminder. We will be email you now so we can help you coordinate the service support. The unit itself is great. It was installed the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. An initial problem made it quit after using it 3 times. I called for service first thing Wednesday. It took 4 more calls and one week to get someone out to fix it, a minor adjustment.
