We love our new stairlift! My husband has Parkinson's and our steep stairs were a challenge for him. He now can come and go to his office any time he wants to with little effort due to the stairlift. 101 Mobility was professional and very helpful with the selection and installation.

To this point we have had our Bruno stairlift for about two months. It was expertly installed by Sheridan Surgical Supply of Amherst, NY. I can’t say enough about what this has done for us. We wish there additional, faster speed settings - it takes too long to get downstairs to the door, and for the seat to rotate at the top of the stairs.

Stairlift works well but speed of decent is not reliable. Most of the time, speed is reduced when you reach the half way point, but not always. Other times you have to travel almost to the bottom before speed is lost. On occasion no speed is lost. This is very annoying.
