They were very nice and professional. One regret is they did not emphasize the possibility that a fully automatic chair would have been possible. Perhaps I should have noticed in the publicity but it would have been nice to have that pointed out/priced...

The salesperson was knowledgeable and discussed all options based on my home design. This purchase was a replacement for a stairlift purchased in 2003. This stairlift is sturdy and operates very efficiently. I Love the option to raise the rails, affording more space at the bottom of the stairs. I highly recommend this company and their products. We only had to wait a very short time between speaking to the rep and having our stairlift installed. The representative was professional and well informed. Installation was done neatly. All packing boxes were removed and the operation of the device was explained, and then he had us practice while he watched.
