The chair lift is a God sent. We have lived in our house for 17 years and my daughter has never seem our basement. After the lift was installed, she got in the lift and down to the basement we went. She was almost in tears. This lift is absolutely something we will get good use out of. Thank you so much for your product. We love it.

The only thing I'd like to see happen is for the chair to swivel at the bottom of the stairs as for us it's a tight space.

all the assembly screws are loose critical bolts were loose and have vibrated out and are lost. I have not been able to use my chariot from the day of delivery. One of the main bolts on the platform was lost while I was driving. it was my good fortune I didn't have my chair on the chariot. A technician will come out to service my unit Wednesday. I am very , very unhappy.

With bad knees the chair climber works great and it allows me to stay in my own home.

Bruno is a customer oriented company. I was more than surprised when I was personally email contacted by Bruno representative in home office. My wait time for manufacture was expedited. The stairlift was delivered and installed on promised schedule. The product quality is unsurpassed for a custom made item. There have been no issues or problems since installation. On scale of 1 to 5 stars I award Bruno 10 stars.
