The stair lift had been very helpful for my wife to get up the stairs to our bedroom! Much easier now. The only little issue is that there’s no way to defeat the beeper when the chair is at top of stairs and pivoted 90 degrees. Would be nice at night to leave chair in pivot position so it’s already to go next morning to go back down. Kind of a pain to pivot back at night and then pivot it 90 degrees again in morning so she can get in.

The Bruno chairlift was a Godsend! We installed it for our 87 year-old mother and it made life much easier for her and for us! It’s easy to use and it’s quiet. The installers did a great job setting it up and teaching us how to use it. I’ve recommended this chairlift and the local distributor to several people.

WISHED I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT THE BETTER UNIT, BECAUSE OF THE SEAT IS BETTER QUALITY. OTHER WISE EVERYTHING IS OK FOR NOW. WISH I COULD RATE THIS 5 YEARS FROM NOW. JUST GOT THE UNIT IN THIS MONTH (APRIL -2018). LINDELL AND CRAIG ARE GREAT.

We are very happy with our Bruno Stairchair! It was handmade to fit our stairway and curves to the lower level. It is a smooth ride. We bought it from Look Stairchairs in Simi Valley, CA. They were wonderful! They were very professional, personable, and did a great job installing it. They were also a lot cheaper than their competition.

Bruno was a recommendation and I am very happy so far. I did write a glowing long letter to the company but never had a response. I was also told that I would get a Sr. Discount but never received a check...I paid cash upon delivery.. The installer was terrific and explained the use of the chair very thoroughly.
