The stair lift is fine however the service with the company we bought it from is not. We had an issue with the unit beeping constantly for a few days. When my husband called for service it was stone walled. I hope you don't have an issue.

Love Bruno stair lift. Had some difficulty with the remote. Needed installer come back about 3xs before it was determined the problem was with the batteries— need to be scratched before inserting into remote devise! Now— so-far-so-good.... Thanks , Eileen C. Reid

I am satisfied with the Bruno stairlift, however the speed control is a little flakey. The speed going up is fine, but coming down the speed varies frequently. I would expect an easy fix.

My husband had some sudden health issues that made stairs difficult. The installation of the stair lift made a huge difference for him. They were installed quickly and easily. They are easy to use and operate quietly.

Bruno makes a high quality product! Our Stair Lift is very solid, heavy duty, and quiet. The Chair is very comfortable and comes with some great safety features! This Custom Made Chair Lift was also reasonably priced!

Love it, love it, love it! Don't know how we made it before this wonderful stair lift. It is quiet and works perfectly. The company that installed it was excellent. They explained everything--including how the battery works and how the chair will work even if we lose electricity which we do at least once a year. The Bruno chair is worth every penny.
