Stair lift was installed in time that was provided. Technician was very respectful and well mannered. We’re are very happy with the installation and cleanup after that was provided after the work was completed. Very good customer service!!!

Other proposals we received had 2 separate lifts for our landing staircase. Bruno proposed a custom solution that curved around the landing-for LESS cost and a FASTER delivery time, and a smooth ride tothe top of the staircase.

I am 82 years old with two fractured hips and two knees that don't work very well. I needed a way to get up a flight of stairs to my computer. I live in a condo and thought my stairs were too narrow for a stairlift. Lo and behold Bruno came to my help and now I am able to get to my computer. The installation was fast and the results were everything I had hoped for

I just told I needed a split rail that folds due to the entrance door at the bottom of the stairs, which I paid extra for, and I still can’t open up the door because even with the rail folded up the door hits the folded pattern of the rail might possibly move it up the stairs up to 2 inches to provide clearance. Not sure if that’ll work. Probably was not measured properly. I would like somebody to take a look and see what can be done about this.

We actually 'test drove' a couple of other brand stair lifts! The 'Bruno stair lift was hands down the smoothest ride! In addition, to their warranty they installed the stair lifts within 30 days from the time we signed the contract!
