On this last visit I needed the driver side sliding door to be repaired. Because of some rust issues under the van, the door would not close. I took the van to the Toyota dealership to get it repaired because it was closer to me. I was told that it could not be repaired and needed to purchase a new van, and that I could trade in my current van for a new one. Since the van was a Bussani van I decided to go back to them. At Bussani I was told the door could be repaired. The door works like new. I am very satisfied and from now on I will just go straight to Bussani.

Yes Eda, please always come to us for help with your van. We have technicians who specialize in mobility equipment. Most mainstream car dealerships don't have a thorough knowledge of these adaptive driving features and functions. And, thank you for those wonderful five stars!

Bussani needs a better communication system. Messages don't seem to get to the right people and the answering machine needs to be a little more organized. I love Bussani, I love my van. Customer service is excellent, salesforce is efficient and knowledgeable and the maintenance department is thorough and quick. When a person's way of life is almost directly dependant upon transportation, a properly equipped and maintained van is essential.

Thank you, Missy, for your feedback. We're glad that you love your van...and us. We love you back! And we'll see what we can do to make our communication system better.
