The service on my vehicle was done efficiently and in a timely manner as I had to wait for it at their shop. Service manager explained all tasks to be performed and apprised me of future problem areas. Waiting area was clean and comfortable and the staff gracious and courteous.

We have been using Bussani for years for our accessible vans. They are so accommodating, and help with anything from the conversion of the van, to the mounting of various options for the wheelchair, to fixing the ramp and an oil change. I wouldn't take our van anywhere else. Excellent service, and knowledgeable staff.

I need more stars. Bussani Mobility has literally changed our lives. From the first day that Mike and an assistant brought two vans out for us to look at and from which to choose, because we had difficulty getting around because of my husband's use of a handicapped scooter, I should have known how great the staff would be. Then the first trip out to Bussani everyone we met was so caring and attentive to our personal needs. The new service process on line where you select your day and time works smoothly. Service staff keep you informed and are excellent. My husband and l love, love, love Bussani Mobility. They gave us our lives back. I can't thank them enough.
