Quality and service actually exceeded my expectations. This was my second purchase and was every bit as good as my first purchase. I cannot compliment them enough or express how pleased my wife was with her new ring.

The prices are good and fair, and the customer service response quickly, but there’s is a lack of communication somewhere, took them over a week to get me picture of some purple diamonds that they have listed on their site, their stock photos was horrible so I wanted to see a real photo for color reference, and day after day they said I would have one for me by tomorrow, then after going back and forth and never getting anywhere, then they said they where out of stock? Then I showed them on the website where they show in stock and then they said they could get me a photo, they did a few days later and I ordered them, but the Process took soo long that I almost lost the job due to the time it took.

Hi Jeff, thank you for the honest, detailed feedback. We're really sorry about the mixed signals on the purple diamond's availability and how long it took to get you a real photo for color reference; that back-and-forth isn't the experience we want anyone to have, especially when you're working against a deadline. We're taking a closer look at how we handle custom photo requests so this kind of gap doesn't happen again. If you ever have a time-sensitive order in the future, please reach out to us directly at [email protected] or +1 (646) 665-4718 before ordering, and we'll make sure someone prioritizes it. Thank you for sticking with us through it, and for trusting us with your purchase.

I was looking for a lab grown diamond and found exactly what I wanted here. I had very specific characteristics for the diamond and their website was so easy to filter for the different values. Their prices are very competitive, and they were extremely responsive when I emailed them. I received my diamond in less than 2 weeks. I'm very happy! Highly recommend

Hi J, thank you for taking the time to write this! It's exactly why we do this, great quality without the traditional retail markup. Our team works hard to make the process feel personal, and it's great to hear that came through. Here's to many more pieces down the road!

The 2 kt Lab Diamond was absolutely STUNNING. Every time my wife moves her hand with the ring on it, I cant stop staring at the amazing twinkle the stone provides. The Solitaire Setting was perfect with Uber Strong Claws. I chose a Platinum metal due to the obscene cost of Gold, which goes amazingly well with the lustrous diamond. I can not believe i was able to purchase such a beautiful diamond ring for the price Calavera is asking. I am ready to find a stone and build a ring for myself now ! The website mentioned about a one month wait for the ring to be built and shipped. It was right at their estimate for the time. Shipping was about 3 days. Perfect!

If you are looking for a vast selection, quality, and exceptional price….look no further. I was highly impressed with the stone I purchased and my jeweler was also impressed. I purchased a 4ct stone for a custom necklace I was having made and I’m so happy I found this site. You will not find a better price! Shipping was much quicker than other sites as well!
