3.04 lab grown diamond in 14k white gold far exceeded expectations. Beautiful in beautiful lighted ring box set in a great presentation box with certifications. Knocked my wife’s socks of for our 25th anniversary. Jared was extremely responsive and helpful. Will be my go to forevermore. Thank you so much!!

Hi Jason, we're so grateful for this! Our team works hard to make the process feel personal, and it's great to hear that came through. We love that the certification held up to scrutiny; that's the whole point of it. Thanks again for choosing us, welcome to the Calavera family!

I just purchased a 7 carat marquise diamond, F color, vvs2. I was expecting this stone because of its size and shape to have a bow tie. I cannot believe the beauty of this diamond. It’s totally clean. No dark spots or imperfections. It’s truly gorgeous. I will definitely buy from them again. The price was unbelievable as well.

Website is great easy to use. Also being able to purchase a full ring set and not just a diamond is super beneficial. Pricing is UNMATCHED!!

The purchasing process was excellent. Received my stone in a very timely matter. Only issue was on the IGI Lab Diamond report it showed under “additional grading info” it says Type 11, faint blue. I was not expecting the faint blue. This will now have to be mounted with white gold claws as yellow gold claws will apparently show the “blue”. Stone is beautiful but not expecting the Type 11, faint blue.

Hi Kim, thank you for the kind words about the purchasing process and how quickly your stone arrived! We're sorry the fluorescence note on your IGI report (faint blue) came as a surprise, it's a standard field included on every certificate so you have full visibility into the stone's characteristics, but we agree it should be called out more clearly on our product pages, not just in the report. Faint-level fluorescence like yours is common and usually isn't noticeable face-up, but we completely understand wanting to plan your setting metal around it. If you'd like, our team is happy to walk through your specific certificate with you directly, reach out anytime at [email protected] or +1 (646) 665-4718. We're so glad the stone itself is beautiful and thank you again for choosing us!

The ring, diamond and workmanship is absolutely stunning! The price unbeatable. However customer service was unexistent, not a inkling of where production was, nothing... If they would do some PR they surely would spin circles around any other online lab diamond competitors. Other than that will definitely use them again and recommend their stones and settings.

Hi C, thank you for such a generous review of our service. We also want to be upfront about the part that didn't go well: leaving you with zero updates on where your ring stood during production isn't okay, and we're sorry you were left guessing. That's exactly the kind of gap we're actively working to close so nobody has to wonder mid-order again. If there's ever a next order, reach out directly to [email protected] or +1 (646) 665-4718 and we'll make sure you're never left in the dark. Thank you for the five stars and the recommendation even after all that, we don't take it for granted! Welcome to the Calavera family!
