Overall it was a positive experience
Overall it was a positive experience, but I had close to 10 hours from a message exchange about what medication I don’t react to, to it being called in. I had to reach out 2-3 times to get resolution. From first contact to getting prescription was 14 hours for an antibiotic to treat a skin issue.
