We understand your frustration, and we assure you that we are not a scam. One of our medical staff contacted your pharmacy and spoke with Wayne, who confirmed that they had received your prescription. However, it is currently on backorder, and your insurance will not cover the cost
When you signed up, you agreed to our terms of use, which clarify that, with or without insurance, the patient is responsible for covering the cost of the medication at the pharmacy. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for pharmacy or insurance restrictions or denials. We also do not have control over the stock availability at the pharmacy.
We remain committed to assisting you with your prescribed medication and recommend reaching out to your insurance provider to determine your coverage and options. If prior authorization is required, we are happy to help with that process.
Additionally, we can prescribe injectable weight loss medications such as Wegovy, Ozempic, and Mounjaro. We also offer the oral Contrave medication for $99 per month through Ridgeway Pharmacy.
We also partner with a compounding pharmacy to fulfill and deliver compounded semaglutide orders. Patients pay directly to Call-on-Doc for both the consultation and the medication, with the price varying based on the strength of the medication. Since payment is made directly to Call-on-Doc, the only available payment option is out-of-pocket. The cost of the first dose is $190.
