The sight was easy to navigate and when I had an issue with my pharmacy wanting doctor to call and confirm perscription, CallonDoc did and I was able to pick up my perscription.

Company wanted me to go out of state to get me labs done, so I asked them if I could go to a closer Labcorp, and they said yes. Then when I went to get my labs done they put on my profile that I didn’t visit the labcrop. And I ask if they are still working on getting the labs or just giving me a refund they told me my consultation is done.

Amazing service! CallonDoc was prompt and got everything taken care of. I had an issue with my antibiotic and they sent me a replacement out within an hour of messaging them. I highly recommend!

Submitted my request overnight and my prescription was ready for pickup first thing the next morning. Great for people with no insurance and extremely convenient. I never had to leave my house! I would definitely use them again.

BUYER BEWARE (with possible scam vibes). This company is sloppy and there's no way to talk to them if there's an issue. I was also really disappointed that they didn't take responsibility for their own mistake today - which was: sending my prescription to a non-existent pharmacy that they recommended**. The details: I tried using this business to refill a medication, as I am traveling in the US from the UK and decided to extend my stay. I contacted CallonDoc yesterday evening and provided them with a letter from my UK doctor. This AM, I woke up to confirmation that the prescription had been sent through. When I went to pick it up, I realized they pharmacy they recommended to me and "sent" the prescription to, is not a functioning business. And, the phone number of the pharmacy they provided me with was a line no longer in use. When I tried to call CallonDoc to alert them to the error, their phone line directed me to message them. I requested that they call me within 30 mins (one of their dropdown box options). I never got a call back, but they sent me a message. When I read the message, however, it was BLANK! At this point, I contacted them for a refund, so I could try to get this prescription from an in-person urgent care today. I also communicated that I needed the medication today and was at risk of missing a dosage. When they finally got back to me on this point, they declined to give me a refund, saying: "Your consultation [which I didn't have], and requested medication sent to your pharmacy. Hence we are unable to refund you...We have spent time taking care of your medical needs which is time away from taking care of other patients." They asked what pharmacy they could send it to. I requested that they send it to my local pharmacy by a specific time so that I would still have time to go to urgent care today if I didn't hear back from them. As expected: still no word, still no prescription. //

Easy and quick. I will say that when I called the 888 number to check my status, the lady said I had the wrong number, she asked how much I paid, I told her $39, she said nope, they charge $79 and I had the wrong number
