Hi Marni,
My name is Rosh, one of the support staff here at Call-on-Doc. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Please know that our providers rely on the medical history and allergy details provided on the initial intake form—where no drug allergies were listed—the first medication was selected based on that information. As soon as you notified us of your sulfa allergy, our team immediately updated your prescription. As per our medical provider, the new prescription was written for standard UTI care at 500 mg twice daily for a full 7-day course
Regarding the provider information you mentioned, Dr. Michael Argus, he is not affiliated with CallonDoc, meaning any medication or record under his name came from an outside medical group.
We contacted your chosen pharmacy and spoke with Anoosha, who confirmed that they received your new prescription and that it is ready for pickup.
We also informed her that you received a notification stating that the pharmacy had not received the prescription. Anoosha explained that the pharmacy has two profiles under your name—which may have caused a delay in locating your prescription.
We asked if the profiles could be merged to help prevent similar issues in the future, and she advised that their team will work on this.
You may contact the pharmacy directly and look for Anoosha to confirm the prescription status and verify your information with them. When speaking with the pharmacy, please provide the same name, date of birth, address, and phone number that you entered on your Call-On-Doc consultation form to help ensure they locate the correct profile.
Thank you again for your patience, we genuinely appreciate your input and the opportunity to improve.
