This was an insightful exercise. By answering the questions based on first instict, a true development of strengths and areas for improvement were identified.

I feel the questions were relevant to the job for which I am applying.

This company seems to really care about making sure people fit into the company in the way that suits them best. The survey covers a swath of information and personal concepts that, if you answer them honestly, really seem to encapsulate what type of person and worker you are. I think if companies actually pay attention to the results of the survey, they could place people appropriately in roles and not have people scrambling to try and make their own place.

Great support

The evaluation was interesting, but I'm not sure how it relates to the job I'm applying for. As for the results, I find it very HARD to believe that only 2% of people have money as their top motivation.
