Even though I wasn't able to get to this test in time before the company moved on with other applicants I appreciate the opportunity to take this assessment. It gave me motivation at the end reading my reaults. Thank you for your time and consideration at Lamar.

For instance, the assessment says 'I crave structure'! No, I do not. I respect that proper structure re-enforces both good & bad habits. I do not mind of conceiving of that structure as opposed to having it done for me! Because ultimately within any task, project or job, I can only control my own attitude and my own effort.

I absolutely love that these kinds of assessments are being done by great companies like Lamar. This shows that Lamar really cares about the quality of their employees because high quality employees translate to a high quality brand. Thank you for the opportunity to take part on the assessment and I look forward to any and all future communications. Mark

I haven’t come across a company that offers so much to their employees, this seems like a place of so many possibilities which is quite like a breath of fresh air!

First time ever a company takes the time to give some feedback like the badge or the advice, I highly appreciate it. Keep the good work! No wonder why everybody has the best opinion about your company! I would love to be part of this.
