I enjoyed this episode it had some very strong points and very knowledgeable questions things that made you think and it was you know relaxing and educational and help me learn more about myself as well on this assessment most of the things I've already known but I think that the assessment is very interested in crafting I enjoyed it

I believe that I do like to take charge. As Manager/Supervisor it was my position i did well. Im hoping in the future I can prove myself for advancement within the company. I do enjoy working with people in small and larger groups. But I believe It can be challenging at sometimes. But this questionnaire has put things in perspective for me. As a visually impaired person there was a bit of time constraints on answering the questions. I also felt there was too many questions to get a full assessment. I believe that in my experience I want to just get through it without putting any true thoughts behind it. Therefor the answer can be skewed. I believed that a hundred questions can give you the full scope of a person's personality
