I’m so happy with how the product was handled with care and shipped within a reasonable time!! The picture turned out better than expected and exceeded all of my expectations and was the best gift I could give my mom and dad!! I was having a hard time trying to figure out where the best place to go to get my picture printed on a canvas because a few other online sites kept telling me that since I was trying to put it on a big canvas that the picture might come out blurry or pixilated and I really didn’t want that, so I immediately asked my photographer who she used and she recommended canvas factory! The process was very easy and understanding! I’m very pleased that I now know about canvas factory so I can use it for future gifts and I was able to get it while on sale so I’m just all around happy that it worked out perfectly!!

I wasn’t aware that these prints were made on another continent, they printing didn’t even start until I did a live chat with a representative, and shipping from CHINA is so damn slow. Never using Canvas Factory again - no basic expectations have been met.

This is probably the fourth or fifth order with canvas factory. Just like my other orders they were timely and the final product quality is outstanding. Their prices are amazing as well.

Communication was great. Product was top notch and shipped very, very well. Absolutely would use them again.
