Some experiences don't need a long explanation. When everything is quick and easy, it means the process worked exactly as intended. That's what we strive to deliver with every transaction, from shipping to payment. Thank you for choosing Cash for Silver USA. We truly appreciate your business and hope to help you again the next time you have silver to sell.

When I initially sent my sterling silver to Cash for Silver, they made an offer that was much lower than I expected. They quickly returned my silver and life went on. After watching silver prices jump up from their recent low point and bounce around for a week or two, I contacted them again and asked them to take another look. Based on recent silver prices and the other factors they consider, they made an offer matching my minimum expectations on the nose. My check should arrive tomorrow by FedEx. My recommendation is to have realistic expectations and be a strong advocate for a fair price.

Thank you for sharing such an honest account of your experience, Lauren. We appreciate that you gave us another opportunity after market conditions changed, and we're pleased we were able to reach an agreement that met your expectations. Precious metal prices fluctuate, so timing can make a meaningful difference, and we're always happy to reevaluate items when circumstances change. Your advice about having realistic expectations and communicating openly is thoughtful, and we're grateful you chose Cash for Silver USA to complete your transaction. We truly appreciate your business and hope to work with you again in the future.

It was simple. Shipping was free. I didn’t even have to speak to anyone. The only criticism I have is that it would have been nice to see the quote having listed each item, what the material actually was and what it weighed. Other than that, top notch. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

It's rewarding to hear that the entire process was so convenient that you could complete everything without ever needing to pick up the phone. Free shipping and a straightforward experience are exactly what we aim to provide. We also appreciate your thoughtful suggestion about including an itemized breakdown showing each item's metal type and weight. Feedback like yours helps us identify ways to make the experience even better. Thank you for the outstanding recommendation and for choosing Cash for Silver USA. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again.

After I declined the company's offer for my silver, it agreed to meet a higher offer which I had subsequently received. Shipping to them was free and convenient, and payment was literally overnight.
