Very smooth transaction. Easy to ship with “the kit”. Unfortunately what I had thought was sterling silver turned out to be plated copper. John took the time to explain their process of testing my items and offered a number of options that were very fair and reasonable. He was very patient with me and I will certainly use Cash for Silver in the future. I trust and completely recommend them if you have silver to sell. It’s easy, secure, and the customer service is exactly as it should be. Thanks John! -Eric

Finding common ground is what matters most, Walter, and we're glad we were able to do that together. We understand that first offers don't always align with every customer's expectations, which is why we're always willing to have an open conversation when appropriate. Reaching an agreement that felt fair to both sides is exactly the outcome we hope for. Thank you for giving Cash for Silver USA the opportunity to earn your business, and we appreciate you sharing your experience.
