CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

We used Citizenshipper to contract transportation for our older dog and three cats from NY to NC. The whole process was a pleasant experience and we couldn’t have been happier with the company we chose. I highly recommend Citizenshipper without hesitation.

Hello from the Segovia’s in South Texas, with all this pandemic going on, and life still having to go forward, I was concerned about either ground shipping or shipping by flight. First and foremost, as a Breeder and in Deep South Texas I thought it would be difficult and at times impossible to sell or rehome my pups. Well if ground shipping is your best fit. This is the way to go. My driver was amazing 🤩. The care he had with my lit’l precious toy Aussie from Colorado to south texas was amazing. My lit’l one arrived calm and peaceful. I can tell my driver loved what he was doing from the extra care he showed. Communication is a plus and all was good. Called when he was stopping to rest and or walk the pup. I will reach out to y’all if needed once more. I will also recommend this service to my potential customers in the future. mJs Shiloh Ranch, Edinburg Texas Be at peace and be safe.

Citizen Shipper was great in finding me an awesome driver to transport my two casts from Seatlle to Los Angeles. Would use them again.

Citizen Shipper is a very nice service to match people needing transport to those who provide the transportation service. It’s nice that the transporters have background checks and you can see their stats for transports provided, how many times they cancelled, and reviews. The only reason I give 4/5 instead of 5/5 is because the matching fee they charge is a little outrageous sometimes and can be a factor of whether I can even use a services or not. I have pets go as far as both coasts. Citizen Shipper takes a % out, which is manageable for a lower costing transport (and fair for them for simply doing the match imo) but when the transport is across the US, the matching fee adds on a pretty expensive amount to an already expensive amount (because it’s so far). My opinion is they should be charging one fee for matching. Not charging people more while they are already paying quite a bit... this has unfortunately caused me a couple times to not be able to use this service. All in all happy with my experiences and will continue to use when I can!

Great experience all around.

I was trying to find a way to send my pet to another state I didnt have enough time for it but I found this website that makes my research so much easier and I got a good deal.

Reliable safe care Recommended Do locate a good driver for your pet before booking Communication is very important Ty!

I stumbled on this service platform while researching options for getting my 3 feline boy babies from our home we sold in Kansas City to our new home in coastal Alabama. I entered my particulars and had instant bids from "citizen shippers" who do this for a living. They presented themselves, talked about their experience and special skills, reviews were available to read, and a price was bid. It was terrifying to entrust my precious cargo to strangers in a vehicle for over 14 hours but I chose well. They communicated regularly, took good care of my boys, and all arrived safe and sound. The only companies I found separate from this service had astronomical fees so happening upon CitizenShipper was a godsend.
