I tried to bring my cats home on a plane but one went potty cuz she gets so scared & I had to leave them in Washington with my niece so we found citizenshiper & for only 350.00 dollars they drove my 2 cats from Washington to Arizona! They were both calm & happy when they got here & my driver was amazing!

My experience was NOT good with Citizenshipper. I was going to purchase a puppy almost 1000 miles away. The breeder suggested l sign up with them and hire a transport company. Unfortunately within an 1/2 hour of sending money to breeder and picking a transporter, l was informed by the breeder due to a mixup the pup was no longer available. I was crushed, but the breeder immediately made sure my money was back in my account. The transporter, who could have been upset could not have been more understanding and wished me well should l decide on another pup someday. Then there was Citizenshipper...they rec'd a $69 "finders fee" from me for what ended up being no service. I contacted them within an hour of the whole mess...they refuse to give my money back and suggested l could "gift" it to a friend should they need transport. I understand the need for standards in a company, but they didn't even pretend to offer me customer service. They just said "Sorry..read our terms". In the end lesson learned. Do not hire unless you know nothing will go wrong or they will hold your money ransom.

Hi Cheryl, thanks for your feedback and we're very sorry to hear that you've not had a positive experience with CitizenShipper. Our refund policy is here: https://citizenshipper.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/204192449-Refund-policy Unfortunately cancellations due to third party reasons don't qualify for refunds. With that said, if you're still looking for a puppy we'd be more than happy to connect you with a transportation provider and your site credit can be used toward this.

I had no idea that this site existed when I googled how to transport my new puppy. Once I keyed in my trip needs I immediately had a dozen options for transportation. Quite frankly, many of the options were well rated and had great experience which made it hard to pick one. I feel like Citizenshipper was such a great find for our pet transport needs!! Would highly recommend and use them again if the need arises.
