They picked up our pup when they said they would, and took care of him the whole way here (includig givnig him a bath!). The whole arrangement went great, and we a re so happy we got our little friend Coal here when they said he would arrive. Excellent service including regular check ins and a tracker online. Great job! G-

Boston Transport is a perfect example of you get what you pay for. A little pricier than other quotes but so worth it. Travel arrangements were made timely and seamlessly. Our driver Stevie communicated with both us and the breeder. All time lines were met. Stevie kept us up to date on our pups trip from Iowa to Massachusetts by sending pictures and information. When she arrived she was friendly and cheerful even after a very long ride through snow and rain. She even gave us a few pee pads be ause she noticed our girl was comfortable using them. In our mid sixties, this will probably be our last need for puppy transport but I will recommend Boston pet transportation whole heartedly to anyone in need!

You pay a fee to the company that differs on the amount of the overall cost. Then you don’t need to pay the driver until they arrive. I used CitizenShipper to transport a new puppy I bought and TJ was our driver. She sent updates and pitches, we were texting so it was so easy. She took great care of my pup and seemed to be a great person as well. I am so happy with my choice to use CitizenShipper. Or was my first time and if I needed to have something shipped again it would be first on my list!

The service was awesome and very friendly and easy! From the start of reaching out to people and going back and forth was awesome! Within a couple of hours we had our booked date for our boys to be picked up with no hassle! The commutation, friendly ease of the website and availability to stay in contact made it much more worth it and overall comfortable
