I have used this site twice and had no problems. I immediately started getting bids for what I needed and the second time my driver canceled the day before pick up, I e-mailed the company around 7:30, they didnt open till 8 but 8:05 they had already responded sorted everything out and didnt charge any extra fees or anything for it. They’re very quick to respond. Thank you for all your help.

Buying a puppy and needing to transport it out of state was made incredibly convenient with the delivery service I found. The driver's regular updates and our constant communication via the phone tracker made the process hassle-free. I will use CitizenShipper again for out-of-state delivery!

I received a LOT of quick quotes and they took care of my animal transport same day.

The process was very easy. I was not expecting that once you enter the information you would have so many bids and notifications to get thing completed. I recommend others to be prepared before submitting the form because the process is so easy and efficient that you will have many notifications to get the business completed.
