We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We completely understand your frustration, especially given the service disruptions you've experienced. The issues you referenced were the result of the recent network-related challenges following our Los Angeles infrastructure migration. Following the physical relocation, our Engineering Team completed the remaining network upgrades and carried out extensive validation across the environment. The previously reported intermittent network issues have now been resolved, and the platform continues to be closely monitored as part of our ongoing operations to ensure long-term stability and reliability. The migration was an important step in strengthening our Los Angeles infrastructure for the future. While the process presented unexpected challenges, our Engineering and Operations teams worked around the clock to restore services, improve platform stability, and ensure the underlying issues were fully addressed. We understand that experiences like yours can have a lasting impact, and rebuilding your trust is something we take seriously. We'd genuinely appreciate the opportunity to make this right. If you're willing, please share your ticket ID through the Trustpilot information request. I'll personally ensure your case is escalated to our Operations Team so we can review it and provide you with a clear update.

We're sorry to hear that you're continuing to experience issues. We understand how frustrating it is to encounter disruptions, especially after everything that has taken place over the past few weeks. The issues affecting our Los Angeles environment were related to the recent infrastructure migration. Since then, our Engineering Team has completed the remaining network upgrades, carried out extensive validation across the environment, and resolved the previously reported intermittent network issues. The platform continues to be closely monitored as part of our normal operations to ensure ongoing stability and reliability. If you're still experiencing problems, we'd genuinely like to investigate your specific server, as what you're describing is not the experience we want any customer to have. Please share your ticket ID through the Trustpilot information request, and I'll personally escalate your case to our Operations Team for immediate review. We'll work with you to identify the cause and provide a clear update as quickly as possible.

We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand your concerns regarding your data. We know that losing access to important data can be extremely frustrating, especially when it involves years of work and valuable information. We would like to review your specific case and understand what happened. Please share your ticket ID through the Trustpilot information request, and I will personally escalate this to our Operations Team for further investigation. We also want to clarify that CloudCone’s Budget VPS services are self-managed and do not include automatic backups by default. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups of critical data, as no single server should ever be the only copy of important information. For customers who need additional protection, our SC2 (Scalable Cloud Compute) platform offers Automated Backups, and our Dedicated Servers provide additional options for improved redundancy. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and would like the opportunity to review your case and provide further assistance.

We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. The recent delays in response times were caused by a significant increase in support requests following the Los Angeles colocation migration. Our team worked extended hours to address the backlog, and we appreciate everyone’s patience during this period. The support backlog has now been cleared, and our Cloud Support response times have improved as ticket rates are back to normal. We’d like to look into your specific case and help resolve the issue. Please share your ticket ID through the Trustpilot information request, and I will personally escalate this to our Operations Team for review. If you feel your experience has improved, we’d appreciate it if you could consider updating your review to reflect the resolution and the support you received. Your feedback helps us continue improving.

We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. CloudCone offers multiple product lines to suit different needs and budgets. Our Budget VPS plans provide an affordable solution for non-critical workloads, while customers requiring greater reliability, consistent performance, and additional features for production or business-critical applications can choose our Premium SC2 line! Regardless of the product line selected, CloudCone utilizes enterprise-grade server hardware and infrastructure. While no infrastructure provider is immune to occasional issues, we undergo extensive quality-control checks to ensure hardware stability and operational readiness. To address "the network is a joke, " network latency is heavily dependent on a user's geographic location, ISP, routing path, and upstream providers, so performance can vary depending on where connections originate. We provide a public Looking Glass for all Datacenter Locations, which allows anyone to test latency, routing, traceroutes, and overall network performance: https://lg-stl.us.cloudc.one/ We would really like the opportunity to make this right. If you’re open to it, please share your ticket ID via the Trustpilot information request. I’ll personally escalate this to our Support Team to provide you with a clear status update as soon as possible. Appreciate it if you could consider updating your review based on your resolved experience.
