Thank you firstly. Received my order to Northern Ireland in 21 days which I was pleased with. Glasses are of good quality & a brand I couldn't find from a UK seller & decent price. I got tracking information when it became available also to give me idea of expected delivery. I only buy glasses every couple of years but will check out CoolFrames when I'm buying again.

I’d really like to return the frames as they are rather large for my face. I didn’t know they would be ordering directly where I could have originally bought them too. So I am screwed now and have to keep frames I hate. Picture looked better than actual product.

After waiting almost a month to receive my glasses, I find out that you messed up my prescription and then wanted me to pay to fix it! I have been offering different suggestions on how to fix the situation but it's like talking to a wall. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered.
