Have the style frame I like , love the Magnetic clip on sun glasses. This makes my 3rd. set . Still have my original pair , stepped on my 2nd. pair , seems they don't like that. now have 3rd. set getting new lenses, can't wait to get them.

Lack of communication - There was apparently a delay with the order with the frame. This is something that should have been relyed to the customer. Especially when priority mailing had been paid. However, once shipped I did received quickly

1. The customer service reps are not friendly or customer oriented. 2. The Coolframes website doesn’t provide a try-on option, nor an option for try before you buy. The website only shows one view of their frames, so you can’t see what they look like from all angles. 3. Given all of the inadequacies as noted above, Coolframes charges a 20% restocking fee for returns and a 10% fee for exchanges. This is not competitive with other companies. For all theses reasons, I’m afraid Coolframes will lose my future business.

BUYERS BEWARE. What a huge waste of money. I ordered frames and sent them a prescription. When I received them back they messed up the prescription and the glasses are blurry. When I contacted them for help they say to "We do recommend checking with your local eye doctor if anything needs to be adjusted on the rx." So basically thanks for nothing. BUYERS BEWARE.
