I appreciate that CoolFrames was selling my frames which have already broken twice due to poor manufacturing quality. By replacing the inexpensive frames multiple times, I am delaying the large expense of replacing the lenses.

customer service, What customer service? Rude and unwilling to help. I purchased 2 pairs of glasses weeks ago. Still don't have them. Had an RX change and asked them to make lenses since I have not received my glasses yet and this company not willing to do the right thing by the customer and make new lenses. Ive worked in the optical business 16 years and you always take care of the customer. The only reason I didn't purchase from the company I work for is because I work in a lab and we don't sell frames. This is crazy!

This company went above and beyond to ship my glasses in time for a scheduled vacation. They were personable and helpful. I purchased Sillouette rimless frames with progressive lenses and couldn't be happier.. The fit and style are amazing and my vision is crystal clear. I would highly recommend this company.
