The free standard shipping does utilize the local postal carrier and their delivery times are unfortunately not guaranteed. This was made explicit in our shipping rates (and estimated shipping times), but perhaps it could have been made abundantly clear that Standard Shipping may take up to 5-7 business days. Alternatively, we do also offer an upgraded (for an additiona cost) DHL World Wide Express that is 1-3 Business day delivery time anywhere in the world. Your order should have come with a Cool Cash (Gift Card) balance that can be applied toward a future purchase.
