I needed to order replacement frames to…
I needed to order replacement frames to use with my existing lenses. My existing frames broke into 2 pieces. The staff was very helpful and worked to expedite the order. I received my replacement frames in less than half the time estimated by the local shop and saved over $100 from the price quoted locally. Exceptional experience. Will definitely use CoolFrames again!

Good selection, great customer service.
I could not find the frame style I wanted at my local optometrist, and they would not special order so I thought I would try online. Cool Frames had the frames I wanted and I ordered. The turnaround time was very quick and the price was about $80 less. Received the frames and wore them for about a week and felt the start of the progression to bifocal vision was too high for me. Returned the glasses to Cool Frames and within 2 weeks had them back with the new lenses. Much improved for my personal use. I would order from Cool Frames again. Calls to customer service were pleasant and they listened to my request.

I was worried at first ordering frames…
I was worried at first ordering frames from the USA, but they arrived safely, in a beautiful box. i had to pay a customs fee in the post office, but that was to be expected.

The site is great and getting better
I love the site. They have the best selection and hard to find frames. I have purchased the same frames three (3) times. The prices have gotten better and with frequent discount days, I was able to get what I was looking for at a reasonable price.
