The first call I made was the most helpful. I think the lady I spoke with was Claire. The other person was a young man. I would order again if I see a frame that I like.

Huge selection of frames and easy to order. I only ordered frames and not my Rx since it is my first time with bifocals but I would try that service in the future.

I have lost count how many times I have ordered from Cool Frames for my daughter's glasses. Every year, her prescription is changed or there has been some mishap and she needs a new pair. The prices are fantastic, the site is super easy and the glasses arrive quickly. Thank you!
