A few drawbacks when ordering outside USA...
Their customer service is doing okay. No complaints here. They are quick to respond to any queries you may have. However... you may want to take the following into account: When ordering outside the US there are customs charges to pay, 31 Euros in my case (=36 USD). Returning the frame cost me another 25 Euros (=30 USD). On top of that, CoolFrames refunds 80% of the purchase amount only, that is, the other 20% is your loss. All in all, ordering and returning a frame cost me a total of 95 Euros (=111 US dollars!). This left me with nothing to show for. Not counting the little hangover.

thank you for your order, we are happy there was no issue with our support team. we agree that custom fees are terrible and we wish we had control over them, however any fees from local Governments are not of our doing and we always ask our customers to check with local customs as to what they can expect when receiving our products from the USA. aside from our restocking fee we also allow a full value exchange and or full store credit for a future purchase so that there is no money loss to our customers. Great frames at a great price.
Went to my eye doctor after sitting on my sunglasses. They said they no longer carried my frame (after 1 yr). Found them on “cool frames” and got a terrific price. Few days later they arrived. Changed out lenses myself and “wala”! Could not be more satisfied.

The frames are excellent and accurately…
The frames are excellent and accurately described. The only thing that would have helped is faster shipping. There is a reason I use Amazon and eBay it's the fast shipping. These took about a week to get to me and it was just the frames, no lenses.
