At check-out
At check-out, you should add a line for costumers who are tax-exempt or have the option to save it under one's account so that at time of purchase the taxes may not be added.
Reply from CorpKit Legal SuppliesSep 26, 2017
Hi Lena, Thank you so much for your 4-star review and also your input about the tax exempt line. We have everyone's tax exempt status on file and it is saved in our system. It does come up online that sales tax would be such amount when you checkout online, but if we have your tax exempt paperwork on file you will not be charged sales tax. I'm going to reach out privately to you to see if there is anyway we can help you with this issue or a way we can provided it the best for our customers. Thanks so much for taking the time out to write this review! Sincerely, Paige Jansen Corpkit Legal Supplies
