This company is terrible. DO NOT USE THEM. I ordered and paid immediately for 5 lites. A 1 litre tin turned up. They don’t respond. I had to phone a US customer service line and no one picks up after 25mins listening to music… I am reporting this transaction to the credit card company. I arranged a painter and it cost me money because the clowns don’t know the difference between 1 litre and 5 litre and then have literally zero customer support Good Luck if you order from them!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I REGRET ORDERING FROM THEM AND AM STILL WAITING ON DELIVERY SOME 30+ DAYS AFTER ORDERING. I HAVE BEEN TOLD A SUCCESSION OF LIES OVER SHIPPING. THEY REFUSE TO PROVIDE A REFUND EVEN THOUGH THEY CANNOT ACTUALLY DELIVER THE ORDER....I HAVE POSTED A REVIEW BUT THEIR WEBSITE WILL ONLY SHOW POSITIVE REVIEWS. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY! 30 JUNE UPDATE|: THE COMPANY HAS ASKED ME TO REVISIT MY REVIEW NOW THAT I HAVE RECEIVED PRODUCT. APPPARENTLY THEY HAD A "STOCK ISSUE". THEY PREVIOUSLY NEVER VOLUNTEERED THIS AS THE REASON FOR THE DELAY, PREFERRING INSTEAD TO SUGGEST THAT THE PRODUCT WAS "IN TRANSIT" WHEN IT CLEARLY WAS NOT. WHEN THE PRODUCT DID ARRIVE, I WAS REQUIRED TO PAY C.£50 CUSTOMS DUTY THAT HAD NOT BEEN PAID/COVERED BY THE SUPPLIER AND THE SPRAY BOTTLES FOR THE LIQUIDS FAILED TO WORK PROPERLY.......IT WOULD SEEM THAT THE COMPANY IS MORE BOTHERED ABOUT ME REVISITING MY REVIEW RATING THAN THEY ARE ABOUT THE ACTUAL SERVICE THEY PROVIDE. AS I STATED, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
