Been a year and a half without seeing any sealer I purchased and paid for let alone paying $600 aud for freight and been scammed. Been told so many times they are looking into freight company why I haven’t received good . Over 70 emails and still nothing other than a false promise and a lighter bank balance . Did all the correct procedures to receive a full refund by waiting a certain time and still nothing other than my bank to start filling for scammers

Mehrere Monate ohne Lieferung - keine Sendungsnummer, nur Ausreden Ich habe im September bestellt und bis heute weder eine Lieferung noch eine funktionierende Sendungsnummer erhalten. Auf meine Anfragen reagierte der Kundenservice zwar höflich, aber ausschließlich mit unverbindlichen Textbausteinen über „interne Verzögerungen“. Trotz mehrfacher Zusagen wurde das Paket nie an den Versanddienstleister übergeben. Ein Versandlabel existiert laut Aussagen zwar, aber vier Monate lang ist nichts passiert. Meine gesetzte Frist wurde ignoriert. Für mich wirkt es, als sei die Ware gar nicht lieferbar. Transparenz fehlt völlig. Nachdem keinerlei Fortschritt erkennbar war, bin ich vom Kaufvertrag zurückgetreten und fordere mein Geld zurück. Sehr enttäuschend und für mich nicht seriös. Ich kann den Shop aktuell nicht empfehlen.

We had some Corten steel raised beds installed down the side of our drive - they looked great but it seemed like they would take an age to go the classic Corten Colour. Then we found Corten+ Accelerator. It was easy to order and fairly quick to arrive. Instructions on the website were good. We rollered it on once and went to bed - nothing much seemed to happen so we did it again. WOW! this time almost immediately the colour started to come out - I think we didn't wash it sufficiently before the first application - you really need to get the grease off. Anyway, second time was the last time and we are absolutely thrilled with the result. We do have just enough to roller it again but I suspect it will do the rest itself .. really good product. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Product ordered 6 months ago, not recieved so sourced elsewhere, asked for refund, sent refund form, now being sent around in circles and being told they don't do refunds, only gift card. Told they would send product out instead, said we don't want it as this was needed 6 months ago

Ich würd ja gern die ware bewerten , dazu müsste die mal kommen . Seit 33 Tagen auf dem Weg !!!!! Dubios Sorry hatte auch schon gute Erfahrung gemacht ,darumverstehe ich das jetzt nicht . Werde immer vertröstet etc …. Schade Übergebe dad die Tage meinem Anwalt .

Terrible. Bought a product (steel sealer) with 24 shipping. Took about a week to arrive and when it did arrive I found that the product was counterfeit (photocopied labels, wrong liquid and when I used it- had no impact whatsoever). I’ve contacted Customer Support (they say they’ve a money back guarantee) - been two weeks now and still no refund. Just keep getting “we’ll do it soon”. Avoid at all costs Update : 17/11/2025 Their response below is their standard chat. Constantly saying they’ll help. Added info, I completed the refund request form, they responded on 30/10 saying they have initiated refund process - yet over 2 weeks later no refund. Instead they keep sending me confirmation that my product arrived. If I could give minus scores I would. Have had to contact credit card company to start a chargeback claim

Attention ce site est un site frauduleux, les produits reçus n'ont pas d'étiquette de composition, le bidon de vernis s'est avéré être rempli d'un liquide très volatile type dissolvant, sans infos je l'ai quand même essayé et ai fait un malaise. L'accelerateur de rouille ne marche quasi pas (pas plus que de mettre de l'eau sur un acier brut). Le produit est dit fabriqué en France et quand vous recevait le mail du livreur on voit que ca part de république tchèque... Bref à fuir

I ordered some products at the beginning of the month and it was going to be deliver 4 days later. The delivery company notify the parcel was broken and they could not deliver. I tried to speak with Cortenplus to see if they could send another product or give me a refund, but their customer service is really bad. I still haven't heard anything from them 20 days later and I am going to ask my bank to give me a refund Update. They have replied bag offering a refund in a voucher, when I told them I was not happy with this and I wanted a full refund they ask to confirm what was the reason for the refund! Even though I sent more than 10 emails and they are aware the parcel was never delivered. PS You should update your data base if you can't find my name.
