This company is a scam. I ordered the product in May. It arrived damaged and clearly not as advertised. Had to be discarded. After so many emails I was then ignored. Then through website complaint I started getting responses again promising refund. It will be with you by Saturday etc. Then the last week I have started getting responses in different languages supposedly from similar people who have written before saying no refund - have been advised incorrectly. This is a scam DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I believe it used to be good but may have been taken over recently.

Après avoir passé commande d'un bidon de 5 litres de décalaminant et de 2 litres d'accélérateur de rouille, j'avais reçu 5 litres de dégraissant. 139 € le décalaminant et 39 € le dégraissant. J'ai dû me battre pendant plus de deux mois avec des opérateurs sur le chat totalement incompétents et qui ne voulaient pas reconnaître qu'ils avaient fait une erreur d'étiquetage avant l'envoi des produits. J'avais mis de ce fait un avis négatif qui a poussé l'entreprise à répondre à celui-ci "au bout de quelques semaines" me demandant de prendre contact avec eux, ce que j'ai fait. Deux mois plus tard et quelques heures de mon temps perdu à me battre pour récupérer ce qu'il me devait, j'ai enfin reçu ma commande de 5 litres de décalaminant. Seul point positif : ils m'ont expédié également les 2 litres d'accélérateur de rouille que j'avais commandés. Cela étant dit, vu l'expérience que j'ai vécue avec eux et les moyens que j'ai dû mettre pour avoir gain de cause, je ne commanderai plus jamais chez eux et ne les recommande pas aux futurs acheteurs.

Cette entreprise arnaque tout simplement ses clients : - Les produits ne fonctionnent pas. - La publicité est mensongère. - Les produits ne sont pas livrés dans la totalité. - Impossible d'obtenir quelque chose du service client. Ne vous laissez pas avoir par leur beau site internet, leurs produits miracles et les faux avis laissés ici même...

J'ai passé une commande en debut juin mais jamais livré. En juillet j'ai demandé un remboursement, depuis on me balade avec des réponses standard que mon dossier est en cours pour enfin me notifier après plusieurs demandes de remboursement que ma demande est refusé sans aucune explication. Se site est une arnaque aux USA à fuir.

This is a real and honest review. Stay away from this company and do not buy any type of materia, I had ordered a rust accelerator that was never delivered, after numerous requests for updates I requested the possibility of cancelling the order, and I was told that it was possible. At the request if they refunded my money I no longer received any response.

Das sind absolute Ganoven. Seit drei Wochen warten wir auf die Versiegelung, seit zwei Wochen mahnen wir das Paket beim Kundendienst an. Heute haben wir wieder einen Tracking Link von GLS zugeschickt bekommen, jedoch war der von Fedex. Wie peinlich! Unter der GLS Nummer kam das das Paket auf Anweisung des Versenders vernichtet wurde. Also Finger weg. Das sind Verbrecher.

I'm only giving 1 star because you cant give zero stars. 2 Months waiting for a delivery that never came and now i have been waiting 1 month for a refund. Terrible customer service. No phone number to contact the office. Update, after not giving me a refund and blaming the courier for them not sending our order. They insist on sending me a product I longer need or want because it will remind of the appalling service I had from them. I was told by one staff member a refund would be no problem and they would send a refund form to fill in. Only to be then told the company don't do refunds and I could get a credit note. A credit note is only useful when the company has the product you need which they don't, otherwise it wouldn't have taken 4 months to get it. In summary, I would not recommend using Corten for anything other than bad customer service.

I believe this used to be a legitimate company but it has now been taken over as a fake shop. I ordered metal sealer from their site and was sent a tin of what I believe to just be white spirit based on look and smell with a very low-res and poorly printed label from Czechoslovakia. Avoid.
