I was sent back the wrong sunglasses. As soon as I contacted customer service, I was emailed a return label and given a 50% off coupon for my trouble, and given a 100% off coupon to order a replacement pair for the ones I sent in along with a express shipping code. Customer service by far goes above and beyond to make sure their customer service is as superior as their products.
