The customer service is fantastic!

Catherine sunglasses I purchased from Sunglasses hut. Very cute and I loved the polarization. I am on the water about half of the week. The screws in the sunglasses turned green quickly. I couldn’t wear them on the water anymore because they wouldn’t fit anymore and stay on my head. I just ended up losing them in the ocean Labor Day weekend because they didn’t stay snug on my head even after tightening them constantly. I purchased them the first week of May. Prior to using Costas I always had Maui Jim’s. I’ll be going back to Maui Jim.

Love all the Costa sunglasses I've purchased. This was my 5th or 6th pair I just received. Their "sizes" total baffle me. I'm very small, 4' 10" and weight 102. The glasses I just purchased are a large. I had to go to a couple local stores to try on glasses. Found the right ones and ordered online. I had an online discount because my pair were obsolete and couldn't be repaired. Great deal. Love my new glasses. Love the newer copper lenses. Custom service team are very nice but don't always have the correct information. Please, please explain your"sizes"!!

Incredibly disappointing! My family has loved Costas forever as we live at the beach and boat often. I bought my first pair in May 2024 and was so excited. As I received them, they were great and fit good! After a week of wear they started getting loose. And eventually after about 2 weeks they were completely unwearable. And no I did not do anything to cause this i am very careful! I first tried to return them but it had been 35 days (not 30) so they would not let me. Customer service said I could submit a claim and gave me a discount code. I emailed costa and submitted a claim on their website.(which is an awful process in itself). My first claim got denied so I reached back out to customer service. They told me to try again. Which I did. 3 weeks later they accepted my claim. So I shipped back the sunglasses and a month later they sent me the same ones back! They were tightened and “fixed”. Crazy- about one week into wearing the “fixed” sunglasses they were right back to loose and sliding right off my face. At this point it’s not worth it to try to reach out again considering how difficult it is and how their customer service is impossible to get a hold of. Do not recommend!!

I’ve been wearing Costa sunglasses for approximately 15 years. Their sunglasses are stylish and excellent quality. I offshore fishing at least once/month and always depend on my Costa sunglasses. For driving I use the dependable Ballast sunglasses, the perfect driving sunglasses.

I have purchased two pair from Costa. They glasses are great and the customer service is even better. I had a pair for 3 years and the frame broke. They replaced them as a manufacturer issue. I just bought a brand new pair and broke them in < 1 week of owning them. they are under warranty and being fixed or replaced for free even though it was my fault. Aweome experience. Loyal customer for life! P.S. I used to be a Maui Jim fan. Costa has won me over.
