Commande passé le 15/08. Première réponse à mes mails le 5/09 après avoir envoyé un message à la maison mère Luxottica car je n'avais aucun retour. 2 trolls m'ont contactés par message en version formaté et sans répondre à mes demandes. Le 11/09 toujours au même stade et sans espoir vu la piètre qualité du service client. Pas de lunette ; une autorisation de débit sur ma carte et aucun retour client . Pour des produits plutôt haut de game, c'est unique !

Absolute nightmare. I made an order on a Saturday, immediately tried to cancel. Can't do on the website. CS is closed on weekends. Called first thing Monday morning, they said they already made the label and their system doesn't let them change it even though they still had the package physically. They say wait till I get a tracking number and contact UPS. I do so, they say they can't do anything till they get the package. They get the package, I contact them again, they say they can't help me because of restriction from the sender (Costa). I call Costa again, get put on hold for 30 minutes, they say they'll just refund it. Wasted like 4 hours on customer service for a stupid $20 hat.
