Was shocked how easy it was to get the equipment I wanted. Was dreading the back and forth with the prescption from my provider but was able to resolve a minor discrepancy during a very quick and cordial conversation with Brandy and a brief email correspondence with Tiania. Before i placed the order I also used the online chat where a third associate gave me some advice and answered a couple of questions. Very impressed!

I got great service from Heath at CPAP.com. I found out things about my CPAP machine that I would have never known if it had not been for Heath. I learned there was a way to print out a report for my sleep doctor which I never knew before. He walked me through how to do it, told me about different products that I might want, the prices, alternatives, and was just a really great customer service rep. Great experience!
