I’ve ordered from CPAP.com twice now and the service has been great. I ordered online and accidentally used the wrong credit card. I called the 800-number and immediately spoke with a person - no hold time!! The rep canceled my order and resubmitted it for me with the right info. She was super helpful and the call took less than 5 minutes! I highly recommend ordering CPAP supplies here.

ADDENDUM: I believe that it is not fair to evaluate person or corporation predicated exclusively on their challenges. How they address and resolve their challenges is key to sustainable growth. KUDOS TO CPAP.com Within 24hrs. of this post, I received a call from Carol in CPAP.com's Resolution Dept. She reviewed the original call I had with their agent. Confirmed their policies BUT understood my issues i.e., no overt disclosure of their return policy during online ordering process. (Note: I completely understand not being able to return a used CPAP nasal cushion.) She informed me that they will waive the 15% restocking fee and, with an appropriate customer retention policy, agreed to refund me the full amount of my single use CPAP nasal cushion!!!! Carol also acknowledged my issue with the lack of transparency of the restocking fee and told me she would advise management of the issue. This not only surprise me but is a true metric of their customer focus culture. Well done CPAP.com!!! ______________________________________ BUYER BEWARE (Perhaps no longer) It might have been somewhere on their website (no where that I noticed in the processing of my order) of these policies. So… BEWARE. If you buy it, open it, you’re stuck with it. If you don’t open it, THERE IS A FEE FOR YOUR MISTAKE. RECOMMENDATION: Nearly all of the accessories on CPAP.com can be purchased on AMAZON. Amazon’s return policies define best-in-class!!!

A 15% returns processing fee will be subtracted from the original cost and a credit for the difference will be issued. Shipping costs are not refundable.
