Love this site, they usually have the best prices, but you might be able to find an item or two on special somewhere for cheaper, but they definitely ALWAYS have the best service. Great features for help submitting to insurance and the 30-day mask fit guarantee is a life-saver when you are first starting out. Use them as your primary if you deductible means insurance isn't covering anything anyway and get good pricing or supplement items when you want to get replacements or try news masks like I've done. Quick and efficient customer service by phone and fantastic customer friendly policies.

I bought a CPAP from them. About a year later it stopped working. I have was told to send it in (at my expense) to have it evaluated. They said it would take 4-6 weeks. I never received any communication from them. After 6 weeks I called. They said they don't have any information. After 8 weeks I called. Still no information. If you buy from them hope everything works right. Because if it doesn't you will get zero support in getting it fixed. RT151071
