An error was made on your part by failing to put the persons name and the dates on the plaque and when I contacted the company they were very quick to correct their mistake and get it sent to me in time for the date I needed the plaque. I was very pleased with this company and will use them again.

I bought the sign for my Dad. I looked and looked for one for about 3 months. I am so glad I kept looking. The sign was a big hit. CubBik is awesome to work with. They let me know that order was received and then when it was sent. I will buy from them again.
